Returns & Refunds Policy

For EU Customers (Ireland, France & other EU countries)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log into your account and submit a cancellation or return request from your order page, or contact us at info@dibia.co.uk.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery. As our products are applied to the skin, items that have been opened or used after delivery may not be eligible for return under this exemption. We recommend consulting your own legal rights if you are unsure. Unopened, sealed items are always eligible for return within the 14-day period.

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For All Other Customers

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or you experience an allergic reaction within the first 14 days of purchase. Please take care to read the ingredients list before purchasing in case of any skin sensitivities or allergies. If you are unsure, please do email us in advance at info@dibia.co.uk.

Please note, we are not able to action refunds or replacements for Dibia products purchased from another retailer. In this circumstance, please contact the website or store you purchased from.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@dibia.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items or Gift Cards Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. (Note: this exclusion does not apply to EU customers exercising their statutory withdrawal right.)
